sun havens apartments & suites has an amazing location, just a short walk from mammallenas. The staff was incredibly helpful. when we had an issue with our mini apartment, they quickly upgraded us for free and took care of moving our bags. it was so convenient having swimming spots and bakeries nearby.

the micro suite was basically a big closet! absolutely not as advertised. The bathroom was filthy. i asked for a room upgrade after all these issues and was met with blank stares. while the hot water worked fine, i almost gave this place a pass, but i just couldn't overlook the rest.

Staying with five teenagers, we loved the spacious Penthouse Apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, which made cooking fun and family meals easy. The hot water was fantastic, and there was enough room for everyone to relax and unwind.
My kids wished for more seating options outside for enjoying the beautiful weather.
